Okay. I have decided I am in love with this man. (Actually I’ve been in love with him since seeing The Way We Live Now in 2001.) And that he is going to be the model for my next hero. And that I’m going to go see him in Red Eye tomorrow.

Oooooo nice! I have to say I want to see ‘Red Eye’ as well.
Um, who is he? And how come, yet again, you know all the good stuff, and I’m still clueless?

Still weighing up whether to see Red Eye. Sometimes I like the holy hottie not to be the bad guy.
I loved him in that zombie movie 28 Days Later. I’ve seen it a bunch of times and now I want to see him in Red Eye!
Danica, his name’s Cillian Murphy, he’s Irish, and though I first saw him in a TV adaptation of Trollope’s The Way We Live Now (which also featured Matthew MacFayden, who’s the new Mr Darcy), he’s also been in 28 Days Later (as a guy who comes out of a coma to be besieged by zombies), Girl With A Pearl Earring (Scarlet Johannson’s would-be boyfriend), and Batman Begins (evil psychiatrist).
Why do I know all the good stuff? Because I am very slightly obsessive, perchance? ggg

I think he’s pretty hot. But like Kate said, young. Then again, I’m just getting old. Grrr…

And, I am SO excited to see that someone finally agrees with me about Cillian!
Even though he was this creepy freak in Batman Begins, I kept thinking – keep the camera on that guy’s eyes a little longer, would ya’?
He looks a lot like Tom Welling (WB – Smallville) – have you seen him?
And, I really don’t go for young skinny guys usually either!

Oh – and good insight on internal/external conflict (which is why I stopped in, honest).
I started my wip doing conflict intuitively, because I’ve read SO many HQ books and love them, but it is good to learn why and how to make it work for every story.

I’m seventeen and I saw Cillian Murphy for the first time in Batman Begins and I immediately fell in love with this man. He is the most gorgeous man alive in my opinion. Everyone I know disagrees and I just don’t get them, he’s my obsession, he’s way too gorgeous!!!! I then saw Rd Eye wich he was even more gorgeous in!!! I loved the way his character was so cocky, Cillian made some really cute faces haha.
