  1. That’s the cutest website! They have great cover artists. I’d pick up those books based on the art alone.

  2. Hey Julie …I’ve seen it. And also seen the books in Waterstones in Picadilly and Borders in the Bullring – with all the funky chicklit. I bought Step on It Cupid and grinned from ear to ear thinking I’d see ours there soon. BTW are you going to The 20-20 Do on Thursday?

  3. I agree, Sela, they’re really nice covers. The whole line is being packaged very attractively. From the proofs, they even have cute little chapter headings and stuff, too. Lovely.

I’m looking forward to seeing the books on the shelves, Pip–I haven’t yet. Can’t wait to see yours and mine! I’m flying to the US on Thursday so no party for me (well until the RWA conference when it’s nonstop partying, baby)–have a good time!

  4. Julie–Congrats on your baby news!! I’m a couple of weeks from popping out a little girl, myself. ;-)

I’d love to hear more about your sale to Headline. Is your agent UK based? I’ve been so impressed with all of your sales this year. You must be working VERY hard.

  7. Thanks Olga and April!

Congratulations, Bella! I’ll be interested (very interested) to know how you find balancing writing with a newborn–especially writing sexy stories!

I’ll answer your question in a blog post in a minute, because it’s long and a little involved.

  8. Love the “which book is for you” page, although completely failed to choose between Owen Wilson, Vince Vaughan and George Clooney. Can’t I have them all?

  9. You have to leave Owen for me, so that will narrow down your choices.

They do have those little chapter headings. I’m reading “Step on It, Cupid” at the moment and totally love the format. I really think this new line is going to have far more appeal to younger readers than M&B.
