Someone’s discovered the joy of reading.
Or, more likely, the joy of pulling the books off the shelves, drooling on them, and chewing their corners.
I write humorous, emotional romantic novels for Headline.
This blog is about my writing challenges. Occasionally I also talk about good-looking men.

Here are some of my most popular posts about writing and being published.
LOL, Julie! After this the stages are:
* taking all the books off and using the bookshelf as a climbing frame
* colouring in the pages
* using the pages as practice for writing names
* borrowing your reference books to help with homework and then forgetting to put them back… which you find out JUST when you want to refer to it and it’s nowhere to be seen in son’s grossly untidy bedroom
Enjoy!
Hmmm
Yes pulling all the books on the floor is a great game.
Mine didn’t really scribble in books. They always had bits of paper around. Mine have always loved to look at books. Doring Kinderseley was a great fave as was the Kim Lewis books…and Winnie the Pooh etc etc. I read a lot to them once upon time.
BUT I do agree with Kate H, only it is my daughter who takes books…she was just seen disappearing off with someone’s latest…
Well, when Gio was that age, he got the books…and ate them. All I ever found was a wet corner stuck to the side of his mouth.
Boy howdy does he look big and cute, even without his face in the pic!
Dee
Yes, I have a lot to look forward to!
Dee, he ate the WHOLE BOOK!?!?
(And yes, he is big and cute.)
Aw, I still take books off the shelves and drool on them! They’re usually yours though! I leave it to my puppy to chew them, he chewed a library book it cost me £14 to replace!
Fecklet is very sweet though! Lynne
