I hope the books get there on time! And seriously, how great is it that there are no books because they SOLD OUT? That’s incredible! If you end up being bookless, at least you have a heck of a reason for it.

As a backup plan, do you have bookplates you could autograph for people to put in their books later? I only suggest this because I find that the more prepared one is for a disaster, the less likely the disaster will actually occur. So bringing bookplates would give you an almost 100% guarantee that the books woill show up on time.

Congrats on One Night Stand being a hit! I’ve vowed to treat myself to a copy (if they’re available!) and a coffee at Waterstones in Charing Cross. Now why can’t you do a launch there? Anyway, breathe, have a relaxing evening where you do not stress about the books and tomorrow everything will be fine!
