Napping is a favorite, so is eating chocolate to give me the energy I need when awake. Glasses of wine which make me tired early always help make the most of limited sleep potential as well. Nap, definitely nap, and don't feel guilty about any other bad habits either. Julie when baby sleep goes haywire I always tell myself it’s a phase and do all I can to cope with it. He lets me do housework (or the little that I do, anyway) when he's awake, and likes to pretend to help. I run to my computer as soon as he's asleep and write, no matter the state of my house.
