Done.

And amazingly, though this has been the most difficult book I’ve ever written, I really like it now. How’d that happen?

Of course, it could be the influence of the stacks of chocolate and sloshes of white wine I’ve consumed to get to this point tonight. Oh and the ten minutes I took just to see the end of America’s Next Top Model.

If my liking it is not a total delusion, I’ll try to blog about it tomorrow.

Still no nappy leakage. Do you think I’m starting to jinx myself now?

  2. I know the feeling. The last book I finished was a complete nightmare and drove me and my cps crazy. It also had a very rude title which I insisted on calling it just to remind myself how much I hated it. Even when my agent totally loved it, I still hated it. Then I read it back the other day and suddenly it’s love. Weird.
