56 cups of tea? In 13 days?? That’s like… like… only… four a day
I drink more like 16 a day.
Echoing Jan…I suspect my tea habit is out of control.
I am also amazed at lack of post it notes.
Congrats on finishing. I am sure it will be wonderful.
You counted your cups of tea? Now that’s procrastination.
However, I’m with Jan: four a day isn’t so bad. I have four cups of coffee before I even get dressed most days.
You’re all causing me to re-evaluate my number for tea. I did an average of about four a day, but now that I think about it, it was probably more. So 56 is an approximation, probably low.
I did count the post-its, the words, the pages, the bottles in my recycling bin, and there’s a thingy on my iTunes which tells you how many times you’ve played a playlist. So those are accurate.
I’ve just looked at the link on reasons for MSS to be rejected on the first page, and it’s scared the life out of me. I tried to imagine a page that didnt contain any of those peeves…and you know what? It was blank.
Tongue bifurcation! You could totally work that look, Jul. And it would be a great promotional gimmick for our next book.
Great thinking!
Kate, I commit several of those sins on a regular basis. I’ve started two (published) books with my heroine waking up. So kill me.
Kathy, you’re always that crucial step ahead of me.
I think the wine count is too low. You need to increase the wine to tea ratio to speed the process of revision!

Thanks for posting your ‘revisions’ list, Julie, It gives me the will to live while 1 do mine. Just remember-you ROCK!
You’re right Liz, I’ll definitely drink more wine next time.
Fiona, you ROCK too! You can do it!!!! Just take Liz’s advice about the wine.
Wow, that is quite the list. You’d make a great statistician!
