I’m excited to announce that Purbeck Ice Cream have created Beetroot and Horseradish Ice Cream, as inspired by GETTING AWAY WITH IT. I talked with Purbeck when I was researching the book (the heroine’s family owns an ice cream company) and when it was published, I sent them a copy. They were intrigued by the beetroot and horseradish ice cream that my heroine Liza Haven creates, and decided to give it a go themselves.
I haven’t tasted it yet…but I will soon, and I’ll let you know what I think. It tasted strange, but pretty good in my imagination.
